Sambo’s music is a reflection of his time in the trenches and his experiences living in two big cities in Louisiana. In order to escape and discharge his feelings, he relies on the power of music. To him, music is both therapeutic and an opportunity to connect with people. Gritty, painful, and poetic all define Sambo’s sound. Sambo was inspired by a wide range of artists from the South, including The Hot Boys, Soulja Slim, Lil Boosie, UGK, Three 6 Mafia, and more. With the help of performers from both the business and his hometown, Sambo has developed an appreciation for music. For the last four years, he has been making. As far as he is concerned, everyone he listens to is on fire and creates music that he can relate to. When I first started thinking about a brand, I was looking for something that embodied my personality. What am I? In my family, loyalty is really important. My upbringing was anything from idyllic. Things that I will never be able to talk about. The 9th Ward is where I serve. Many individuals who grew up in a rough area in New Orleans, Louisiana, never made it out of there, never made it too far, or never achieved success.
THE IDENTITY
My favorite animal is the cat since it is very quiet and nocturnal. Because I am highly protective and attentive, as well as light-footed, my existence resembles that of a cat’s. Cats are said to have nine lives by many people. Completion is symbolized by the number 9. Before a double-digit number, this is the final single-digit number. A combination of knowledge and experience, wisdom and fresh beginnings, is what some interpret it to mean figuratively. Nonetheless, embracing and aligning oneself with the cyclical rhythm of life is a universal subject. Learning to accept the inevitable end of something and grasping the opportunity for a fresh beginning is called “letting go.” Endings might be an opportunity to better align yourself with your soul’s greater purpose if you’re a life path 9 person.
