Mac Tree is a street artist that represents the best of what trap music has to offer. He was raised by his grandmother in Grenada, Mississippi, and educated on the streets. At the age of 15, he started selling drugs, which resulted in him spending the majority of his life in prison. In 2015, after finally being released from prison, Mac Tree started his own record label, Minds Of Billionaires Ent. LLC. (M.O.B.). Later that year, he dropped his first single called “Say The Word” ft. Moneybagg Yo, which created a buzz for him in his hometown and surrounding areas. He immediately followed up with his debut mixtape, “Out The Blue” boasting features from Hoodrich Pablo Juan, T-Rell, Moneybagg Yo, and more.

Mac Tree quickly became known as a up and coming independent artist, However, it wasn’t until his second mixtape, “Out The Blue 2” that he began to gain attention from the industry. “Out The Blue 2” included features from major industry artist and producers. On songs such as “Expensive” ft. Future, produced by ATL Jacob, “Papi” ft. Duke Deuce, produced byD-Mactoobangin, and “It’s Up” produced by Drummaboy Fresh, he dropped 3-D animated cartoon videos, which looked like a new version of Grand Theft Auto. His new project “I’m Not A Role Model” is a 5 song Ep, that features major industry producers such as ATL Jacob and Drummaboy Fresh.
